What a fun challenge! For my bingo colors, I chose the 2nd row, straight across..slate, daffodil, bermuda & red & used black & white as my neutrals. I guess my dessert would be heat embossing.
All of the stars & stitched stars were die cut out of the various colors & papers. The black panel was die cut w/ double stitched rectangle then I moved one edge in & cut it narrower. I attached the narrow little stitched strip down the right side & heat embossed the greeting using white ink & yellow embossing powder. A lot of the stars are elevated for dimension.
