I was inspired by the colors in this image on our inspiration site this week (thank you Audrie and Geni ) - and thought they would make a great celebration shaker card: http://totalwallcovering.com/p23311/...wallpaper.aspx
Die cut the balloon shape and balloon frame and inlaid both into the pp, attached an acetate panel on the back, and put lots of dimensional tape on the card front (especially around the balloon shape). Embossed the sentiment flag and attached to pp (on dimensional tape), die cut "hooray" in 2 colors and slightly offset them before adhering them to the pp and acetate balloon front. Attached floss "string" and bow. Laid lots of sequins on the card front into the space that would be the balloon, and then attached pp (very carefully) to the card.

Wow Maura, this is so well designed and executed. The dot dp makes the perfect bg and looks fantastic with the bright sequins. This looks like it took a lot of patience to make. The off set sentinent looks fantastic.

Hi, I love your card! I found it looking for a balloon frame to make shaker cards. Can I ask what dies you used to make your balloon frame? Thank you so much.
