TLC570 = dry embossing with a stencil. See Sabrina's EXCELLENT tips and tutorial HERE.
I watercolored the strawberries and leaves on watercolor paper, then cut them out and raised them on foam tape. The bg was done with the dry embossing/stencil technique.

Your bg is so pretty, and especially done on the white like that!! I like the watercolored strawberries and think that if I make a card, I may do fruit too. I don't have too many sugared treat stamps, and I try not to eat too many of those things anyway. Beautiful job Sallie!! :>)

Everything about this card is just stunning ... the EF you used, and how CAS the card is to show off that amazingly watercolored strawberry/leaves image. Gorgeous!
