I saw a similar card on Pinterest - I think by Lisa Young, and she said she cased it from someone else but didn't know who. I added my own touches by heat embossing the tree and making it POP, and by adding some bling, and a bow. This is a pretty sweet technique where you take a clear acrylic block and you color on it with markers, spritz with water and stamp. I had to dry it with my heat tool to keep it from taking on the clear embossing powder after I stamped the tree. Sweet. I love it. Happy Tuesday everyone!

You got great results with that acrylic block color and spritz technique - I rarely get such a good print! Love the "pop" of the black embossed winter tree.

Just beautiful. I do like the way you coloured the acrylic block and used it to stamp the background. Must try that now. Just the right colours to show of the silhouetted tree to perfection. Great card.

A very striking background, Karen, for your tree. Both the tree and bg are so eye-catching. A beautiful way to use today's colors, which were great btw!
