I watercolored my sky first, the added shadows to the snow below. I inked up a Stampscapes pine tree, misted it and stamped a tree and repeated for the second tree. I used just the tree tips for the stamps in the background after stamping off for a lighter color and masking the snow. The sentiment was embossed and chucky embossing powder was heated from underneath for snow. I love the control the chunky powder lets me have as opposed to spatter which more often than not hits the floor and walls.

Lovely scene Nancy! Hard to believe that white stuff is coming soon. Your trees are without equal anywhere. The snow is so convincing! Thanks for the chunky EP tip. Will be looking for that now! You west coast gals look like you are having fun!
