I have had this image on my desk because, for October, I am trying to use at least four of my older Stampavie stamps. I thought I could work this one in with Jacqueline's Trash Cancer challenge.
T - Textile Texture ef
R - Rub-on luster wax
A - Animals, and maybe even Astronomy since they are star-gazing ;-)
S - Stickles and Stars, Sakura Stardust pen
H - Hedgehog
Image stamped on Bristol board and coloured with pencils. I used a gold pen on the stars, and then added clear Stickles. The moon is done with yellow pencil and a white gel pen, and I added Sakura Stardust sparkle to the star trails.
For the layer under it, I sponged white card heavily with Chipped Sapphire and Dusty Concord distress inks, then embossed, and then rubbed with luster rub-ons to give it some sheen. Both it and the image panel are edged with Stickles.
I love how my word looks, but it was hard to photograph. I used double-sided adhesive on thin chipboard to cut the Serendipity word die, then burnished gilding flakes into it. I put it back into the die and ran it through the BS to tidy stay bits of gilding from the edges, and then added 3 layers of UTEE.
Took forever coming up with what to use as a base, and in the end went with pearlescent white card.

PRECIOUS image and card, Sabrina! Love your coloring and the burnished gilding on the sentiment with the layers of Utee are fab. I always love how you give attention to the edges of your mat layers, too. They always look awesome.

No words can express how totally awesome the sentiment turned out. Have you considered jewelery making....just add a pin to the back of "dream" and you could sell them. Wonderful card with all the textures and deep, rich colors. Faved
