I am going to paste the link to the IC509 cake before I loose it...linking to anything is not my strong suit....https://www.pinterest.com/pin/119838040061697772/
Ahhhh, now to the description. Dolly the insomniac dog was wide awake at 2am, so I had loads of time to work on a card. I am still working on selling my sister's stuff, and every once in awhile, a stamp catches my eye. I don't buy shadow stamps because I am not sure what to do with them. This set was a flower, a narrow rectangle and an oval. I stamped the flower twice in pink and the rectangle and ovel in green where the stem and leaves had been....it looked aweful. I had peeked at the IC board with all the gorgeous cakes, and some of the more whimsical flower cakes caught my eye, so I used my black gel pen to doodle over the shadow stamped stem and flowers. The bg print page was from something else I was working on, but I liked the colors and the flower pattern where I had punched out the flowers for the other project. For the Mix 136 I finger painted some white before adding my fussy cut flowers with pop dots. For the F4A289, to make a birthday card that we would like to get, I already had the bright colors and weird bg...all that was missing was the white dots. The colors are as close as I can get to this week's CC546 of Rich Razzelberry, Cucumber Crush, and Tangelo Twist. This is a Spring card for the WT547 to make a card featuring our fav. season. Looking at all those cakes on the IC website has sure made me hungry... TFL, Francie

Big Smile here! Francie, your whimsical and creative style is just fabulous! Love the colors, doodles and fingerpainting! This one is not only a delight to see but also looks like it was fun to do! LOVE it!
Nice combination of challenges! I like to stay up until 2am but I think it would be hard to get UP at 2. This is stunning! Love your colors and love how you took the original and had a splendid do-over!

This is SUCH a fabulous card! I love the looseness of it, with your hand-doodling and the water-colory effects. This kind of card can sometimes go all over the place and end up being too much, but you edited your elements perfectly.
