I achieved the dots by doing the pointillism technique.
A person was recently talking on General Stamping Talk about not many people using the decorative edge scissors now. It reminded me to get out a pair I thought would look pretty with my image. It was the first time I have used them in forever. I rather like the look. Maybe I'll use them more.

Wavejumper from SCS got me thinking too. I'm going to use some of my decorative edge sissors on some halloween cards. I love the edge you used on this card and your coloring is awesome too. As someone once said...."Everything old is new again"!

I like the look, but you can keep those scissors to yourself. What, didn't have enough diecuts???? I find that hard to believe. It's fun to get some old stuff out once in awhile. Believe it or not, I finally uploaded a card and used pastel chalks - those aren't used much any more. But, to your card, I love collage stamps and you've colored it so nicely. I love the coloring effect. Oh, one day when I have time . . . Hugs and a beaut!
