Before anyone yells at me, I have a story as to why I am missing a panel......because I am a 'duh'. My computer is two flights up from my stamp cave. I 'memorized' the sketch quickly as I hurried downstairs this morn. When I had time to venture one more flight down to the stamp cave, I worked diligently on my card....using the sketch 'I remembered'.......well, my memory was missing the uppermost panel.
I worked a while on this card, so I decided to post it anyway.....so, please do not send the challenge police after me. It was an honest mistake......will try to do better in the future......
Thanks for looking, and, hopefully, understanding.

Joanne this is so vibrant and summer-y. You've created a gorgeous beach scene here lady. The last I heard the challenge police were out on donut break

I can completely relate as I've done the exact same thing myself (including not writing down the name of the stamp and not wanting to make another trip downstairs for that either!). I love the pretty scene you created with great depth for an essentially one layer card!

No Police after you! But I think a gold medal might be in store!!! OH MY GOSH -- this is GORGEOUS!!! And your sun could be used for the panel, just moved around a bit to make it work. I wish -- wish wish I could color and paint like this!!!

Ha ha, I have done the same thing! Your card is fabulous sans panel. The waves are spectacular and the sun so cheery, I just want to wander down to that beach and hang out!!
