Just don't you love it when your memory goes wandering - just as long as it doesn't get lost and stay away.
I thought of this saying when I first came across this stamp and now have an opportunity to use it. The picture reminds me of someone! Who Me I hear you say! he he
This Retiree is in the lap of luxury- reclining on her Pistachio Pudding Lounge, surrounded by Strawberry Slush Curtains and of course the rug for when it gets chilly. The card is a match for Baked Brown Sugar. I didn't go for dessert this time - my mind is wandering thinking of something nice - but you know what it is like - nothing appeals at the moment.
I had fun making this card and really get a great laugh from this stamp.
Hope you enjoy too.

She looks like she's gotten to the end of the book, and it didn't turn out the way she had hoped it would. I think she's sad.....possibly thinking about writing to the author about her idea of a different ending....... No, this is not something I would do! : ) Love your coloring~

Right up my alley as I am a true wanderer and recognized "the look"!! That's when DH can be heard to say "earth to Michele!";). Yes, you have placed her in a gorgeous setting with your beautiful "decor". Fun creation.

Oh, Helen, what an amazing image! I love it and love your coloring! So beautiful with the colors you chose - stunning! And I can DO identify with the "wandering" bit as I get older! I too just hope it doesn't leave for long! I had to chuckle at some of the comments. I saw this and thought of the elegance of this lovely lady as she sits on her lush sofa with the beautiful pillow and the open book in her lap. I just wonder what she's just read and thinking! Hmm - guess we'll never know!! Hehe! I love it, sweet friend, and I hope you see the bumblebees soon. The adore foxglove and see them at night because they are fluorescent (cool, eh?)! Hugs, sweet friend!
