Finally made it to the farm with this card for Carol!! Oh well, things are laid back in the farming world, so this will just stretch out the cards Carol is receiving to give her inspiration for her writing!! Read her story HERE . This is a rather calm looking side of farm life, but for the fact that the rooster wakes the entire household up at the crack of dawn!
I combined Carol's card with a card I cased from this week's new Featured Stamper, Francie, aka f.schles, shown HERE Francie's gallery is totally amazing and she always leaves very encouraging comments to everyone. It sure took a while to check out her gorgeous gallery! I have not decided whether or not to add a sentiment yet, since it is going to Carol in NC.
I pretty much cased the sketch except since my image was shorter and wider, I added the rick rack strip across the card, instead of just on the button strip to fill in the space.
Thanks for looking and have an awesome week!!

This card would inspire me - I have lots of chicken stories. My last story starts with me thinking our chickens are so cute and telling Kenny we can't eat any of them and ends with a Rooster spurring me and me fighting it with my purse! It was a draw. LOL! Great farm card my friend. I loved catching up with you a bit the other day. Millions of hugz to you my friend.

There is a whole TON of rustic country charm emanating from this lil' beauty, Sue. The colours crow "COUNTRY" to make any rooster proud, and those buttons are as perfect as can be
