Happy Tuesday. I made this for this weeks colour challenge - CC527 - wild wasabi, pink pirouette, sahara sand and the desert option is chabby chic.
I purchased the Organic Grace stamp set at a garage sale awhile ago and this is the first time I have used it. I also used the "Love and Sympathy" set and itty bitty backgrounds to create my scene. I stamped the fern with old olive and green galore ink and then spritzed the stamp - stamped onto water colour paper several times. Stamped the organic grace with a tan colour and spritzed and stamped on a few times. Used the flower from the "Love and Sympathy" set. Coloured stamp with old olive and pretty in pink. Sprizted stamp and stamped over top of the other foliage. I placed a polka dot stencil over the foliage panel and coloured in the dots with a very light pink Tombow marker. Stamped itty bitty background dots over the image. Stamped the dragonflies on a scrap piece of paper. Coloured and cut out. Stamped and extra pink flower - cut out and popped it up. Dragonflies are popped up. I sponged on the ground with chocolate chip ink and stamped over with the itty bitty backgrounds. Used and aqua painter over top for a softer look. Painted in the grass. Sponged around card with chocolate chip. Matted with pink. Sewed edges. Added stickles to the dragonflies.
Thanks for looking.
Hugs. Pat

Isn't it fun to use stamps that you picked up for a song? Your card is so lovely, with its grass, flowers and striking dragonflies. Love the stitching and the little spatters!

I just love this card........so much so that I plan on hunting down this stamp set. I jumped over on your gallery and I could spend hours looking at your beautiful creations. Will probably do that tonight. TFS
