When they were handing out technical ability I must have been in the bathroom... I have more things lost in cyberspace than humanely possible. Because of this impairment, I do not do the challenges that reqire linking to something, like the IC where we link to the item that inspired us. Well, today I just had to make this card, and later today I am hoping someone in my family will help me edit in the link. The Picasso paintings on the Kings Road website made me think of all the trimmed off background pieces that I have, and this card emerged in my head. The Picasso paintings are such an explosion of color and pattern. The bright colors made me think of beautiful spring flowers, so I also used it for the MIX112. The F4Awas to use a black bg, so I snuck it into that gallery too. TFL, Francie
I am trying this linking thing... hope it works.https://www.onekingslane.com/sales/49125

So bright and beautiful, Francie! Love the explosion of colors. Your linky works fine! At least you only lose them in cyberspace..I have a black hole nebula on my work desk. There are many, many things I have yet to find. I'm assuming they went thru the wormhole and are now in an alternate universe!

You have put your cut off strips to wonderful use! I love the mix of bold colors you have and the silhouette of the fairy is a great focal image! The link didn't work for me but it did get me to the kings lane page and I searched for Picasso since you mentioned his paintings. I did find a couple of those pictures that looked like they could have been your inspiration!
