I am having one of those days where the stars are aligned and karma abounds - at least in a crafting sense. Chaos still reigns everywhere else. There is a reason for this rambling description. There are 3 places near my work to go at lunch. The closest place is the park with a nice track. With the year round good weather, I SHOULD go to the park daily to exercise.
Next to the park is the library where I like to go to color and work on cards. However, if I drive 10 min. longer with a lot of left turns, there is a wonderful MICHALES CRAFT STORE. Sometimes, like yesterday, my car just drives there by itself. While I was there, in the clearance isle because the bottles were a little damaged, I found this weird paint called Pebeo prisme fantasy. Since I had colored another image for the CC519, I bought the purple and greenish colors. The little punched flowers are painted with this paint. You can't tell from the photo, but the paint dries hard and slick like glass, and looks like copper enamel. It has translucent metalic swirls in it...so totally cool (luckily my ternage sons don't read this to see me use that dated term). The image was colored with copics and I added some glitter glass to the top and sides. For the MIX109, the top and bottom edges extend beyond the card to make a devorative edge. TFL, Francie

Wow, Francie, this is just breathtakingly beautiful - the way you use vibrant colours is incredible and your colouring superb!! Loved reading your story, too, funny how your car just knows it's way to the craft store!!

I struggle with these types of cards and you make it look so easy. My car often drives itself to Hobby Lobby, too. I love Pebeo paints! This is such a pretty work of art. Thanks for playing!
