I thought it reminded me of the bokeh technique, so that is what I was going for here. Embossed just a small section of my silhouette grass stamp on wc cs. Got the cs wet with water, used reinkers and a paintbrush to drop in some greens and mustard seed, moving the cs around to let it blend. When that dried I added some circle spots with white pigment ink. After that dried I sprayed it with my shimmer spritz to blend more and "shimmer it up" a bit. I think the rest is pretty clear.
