For today's Inspiration Challenge: IC479 Harusaki Water Color
I was inspired by THIS painting. I used the bubbles to mirror my stamped image.
This is my 4th attempt. For this one, I misted the watercolour paper with homemade mister.
When dry, I used a homemade stencil and chalks to add the bubbles, then sprayed with fixative. I added some luster rub-on in white to a couple of them; mostly they have white gel-pen dots but the luster ones have Stickles.
Stamped the image, coloured with Inktense pencils and added Stickles.
Chalk for the foreground, add it all the way across the page.
I was trying to find a suitable sentiment and this one seemed to work well!
Edges distressed, image panel popped up on foam tape.
***Looking at this a few hours later, I remember that I had meant to add a couple of partial bubbles of colour behind the ones that are there, but I couldn't add them till everything was sealed and dry, and then I forgot!***

I looked at that painting too, but I thought they were marbles...either way, your card is absolutely well thought out and executed. Love your techniques on this awesome card, Sabrina!

Oooh, this card has such a happy feel to it. Your bubbles are amazing the way they seem to be floating off the page right out to the audience. The white gel pen dots Re perfect. Your cards always have so much texture and interest. Beautifully designed and e ecuted.
