This is my card for the MMTPT338 challenge "The Joys of Nature can Calm the Weary Soul". Our challenge was to bring a garden of color and scent; a variety of plants to delight the senses and attract all the beautiful butterflies and hummers. We want to bring a bit of sunshine to the heart of Wendy, who is critically ill.
The image was stamped on watercolor paper using VersaMark and heat embossed with white ep. After watercoloring the image, I die cut it and brushed a coat of Wink of Stella over the flowers. I used the Misti to align my sentiment and double stamped it in London Fog ink. Butterflies decorate the inside of the card.
As always, thanks for looking!

Are these ever beautiful. I never think to use Embossing for pictures. just learning to use it and what a beautiful way for these flowers, makes them more soft in white instead of normal black...going to have to try this, and not burn it like my last time I tried embossing...lol. Have to learn to know when its done...gorgeous coloring and Wendy will be so comforted by these....TFS..:0)
------------------------------ We as people are raindrops of colorful ink , falling down Crisp and Clear, each a different shade more vibrant then the last, but once we realize at the bottom of an endless abyss we all fall into the same inkpot forming one color, only then can we come together as one My son.
