Another really fun Brushos Colour Crystals mixed media card. I cut a card front size piece of 140# paper then decided where I wanted my snow drifts and tree and circle mask. Then started the fun with my Ultramarine Brushos. I used my aqua painter and brushed on a generous amount of water to my paper from the snow drift area up starting with a darker shade of Brushos by just sprinkling on powder and smearing around with my aqua painter until I got the shade I wanted. Then added a much lighter shade to the higher sky.
I die cut the tree out of watercolor paper twice and glued together with my quickie glue pen to make tree thicker. The fun part..die cutting the birds out of a leftover piece of Brushos colored watercolor paper. Each bird is has different markings. So fun!
I used my new Brushos, New bird die and "Never Before Used" Flowering Winterberry Die :-)
Whew...I think that is it! So many great challenges...what is a girl to do...as many as possible, that's what!
Enjoy, Nancy
P.S. Just edited my photo so you can see my beautiful new Watermark designed by my friend Kylie Purtell owner of Happy Little Stampers. Kylie is a wonderful graphic artist and paper crafter :-) Thanks again Kylie for all your help getting my watermark designed exactly as I was wanting!

Cool effect you achieved. I especially like the ethereal look of the moon. I love the brilliance of the blues and against the white. Your little blue birds (of happiness?) in the tree ROCK! GREAT job...
