The F4A253 Challenge this week is "A CASE of Admiration" by Dawn. I have so many amazing SCS friends I would love to CASE. I am starting with a combined CASE of my good friends Loll Thompson and Susanbri. Loll's beauty Brushos and Butterfly and Susan's beauty Autumn. You will definitely see what I chose from each card for my inspiration. Thank you again girls for your friendship too :-)
My card is also for the Mix-Ability 100 Challenge by Dini "Hue, Tint, Shade". Perfect for my Brushos image.
How did I do my Brushos? I spritzed my 140# watercolor paper with lots of water and then sprinkled on all 3 colors of Brushos Crystals (more like a thicker powder) and watched pop of vibrant colors appear. I kept adding water and crystals until I got the saturated look I wanted. I did not dry between layers. Then let my piece air dry instead of using my heat tool. I loved the results. After completely dry I stamped the script in Memento black ink and the leaves in SU Garden Green ink.
I stamped my sentiment at the bottom of a W W piece and attached to the entire back of the main image. Then I popped up with dimensionals.
I LOVE the results. Sure hope I get to CASE more of my amazingly talented SCS friends.
Important Tip on Brushos: Do NOT open pot, but use your paper piercer to punch hole in top of lid so you can shake on crystals. You need very little crystals for your colors.

You chose two wonderful paper artists to be inspired by and your resulting card. This is the first time I have heard of Brushos. I'll need to check them out, as I love the way the colours bleed into each other.
