Quick, before you take apart your Christmas tree, save those ornament holders...the gold metal spirals on this card are ornament holders. Such an inexpensive addition for cards - especially since I love metal on cards. After my last 2 really bizare cards, I needed something "normal" - and nothing is more normal than hearts colored with copics and pencils. The inside of this card finishes off the "thanks" with the very over used sentiment "from the bottom of my heart". Everyone can roll their eyes now. If someone sees my gallery, I look like I have multiple personalities...2 weird cards followed by this very "Hallmark greeting" type of card. For the MIX100 I used hues, tints and shades of yellow-orange. The products used are numerous and are listed in the below. I did cheat a little on the SC, but I figured that the challenge police are full of holiday good cheer and will be in a forgiving mood. So, I wanted to send everyone a little holiday laugh. Here in Southern California, all the shopping malls have huge palm trees in the parking lot. For Christmas they wrap Christmas lights around the trunks of the palm trees...no beautiful pine trees here. TFL, Francie

Um, this card is anything but a Hallmark card! Your use of bright colors and high contrast caught my eye immediately! That doesn't happen with Hallmark! This is gorgeous Francie and love those cheerful colors! The hearts and use of the hangars are brilliant! Love those layered hearts and the fun embellishments on them.

After reading Sabrina's comment, Now i am thinking of toffee etc looking at your card. It also makes me think of Debbie Mumm or Mimm whatever her name is. Has that same sort of look - which I love. Great card!
