Today's inspirational site is Papyrus Online. It was perfect for the difficult card I wanted to make. We lost a very good friend on Thanksgiving night. He was my husband's childhood friend and hunting buddy. Bob loved nothing better than nature....he could spend hours watching the stars or hunting. I chose this card .. http://www.papyrusonline.com/greetin...nce-quote.html
I embossed the stars and used chalk for the sponging. Cut the die and sponged with ink. Added the sentiment. IRL the colors are much softer. tfl

Such an amazing card created for such a sad occasion... it is so hard to lose a friend such as this. How wonderful you could create something like this in his honor. I am sure his family will be deeply touched.

What a heavy time for you and your hubby right now, Linda. So sorry to hear of the loss you just recently suffered. Thank you for sharing a little piece of your heart and this tender beauty to express a part of it in this outpouring of it onto paper. A truly beautiful memorium.
