I am waiting for the day when I start my description by saying.." I had all the time in the world to leisurely creat this card and even more time to upload it" , but that never seems to be the case. I mignt just start writing that anyway so I don't sound like a frantic lunatic. Since it has been raining here in Southern Calif. ("rain" and "California" - 2 words that usually don't appear in the same sentence) I have been going to the library to color on my lunch hour. This was a quick image to color with copics using the CC507 colors. I used the SC517 for the layout. Such a terrific, versatile layout. I have been using my unknown flourish die cut and MS pine branch punch a lot because they are out on the dinning room table and I am too rushed and frantic to search in the deep, dark recesses of the coat closet for anything else. The stamp is a postage theme for the WT508, and even though the colors are Christmas, there is no sentiment and I know a few people with birthdays now that I can use this for, so I included it for the F4A430 for a non Christmas card. I did make a second one of these with a Christmas sentiment. Well, I am rushing off like a "frantic lunatic" but hopefully I will be able to make another card..card making is my form of yogo. TFL, Francie

Wow, Francie! Only you can do a card like this while on the run! I LOVE the coloring on those butterflies! They look so natural and that bow is gorgeous! I love the way you used the pine branches with the bow too! What a beautiful card!

Francie, your use of the sketch ROCKS! Your butterflies are SO beautifully colored and and I love your added sponging. Your bow picks up the colors of you card and is the perfect accessory to this awesome card.

Card making is my yoga too - love that analogy. I also love that you go to the library to color - how fun is that. This is colored wonderful, the pine branch punch is the best die or punch ever and looks fab on this plus your bow is wonderful! I really, really like how this came out! Hugz

Your card is lovely, Francie. The butterflies are so beautifully colored, and I love the postcard in the background, especially with the old-timey handwriting on it. Big beautiful bow, too!
