I DID NOT COLOUR THESE....I know caps is like shouting, but I didn't want anyone to think I actually coloured these.
These two quick cards are for Debbi's fun challenge to use tissue paper. I used Beates great Faux Silk tutorial. Check it out here .
I used a paper napkin with four gorgeous flowers on it. I mucked up the first 2 - I wasn't paying attention and didn't realise I was using 3ply tissue napkins. I found the best adhesive was 2" wide double sided tape, I stuck it on scrap cardstock and then after scrunching the tissue, carefully placed it on the tape.
The words "weddings" and "craft" seem to give sellers a license to treble prices. I found 50 yard rolls of 2" wide double sided tape in the hardware store for $4, my local craft shop charges $25!!!!!
I hope you are joining in all the fun of HYCCT. For details of this challenge and all the previous challenges can be found here .
Thank you for looking.

Oh! I should have shouted the same thing with the last card I posted... I could only wish to watercolor something like I posted...AND these are gorgeous! Wonderful results Susie, Mrs. Noofy uses this technique every once in a while and I am always fascinated when she does.

Clever use of these beautiful napkins! The cards are gorgeous! I used to shop around at home-improvement/hardware stores to see what fun stuff I could find to use on my cards. it's amazing what you can find. Glad you found your tape at the hardware store at a greatly reduced price.
