HYCCT1420 = smooshed smash. I used a craft sheet, TH Distress inks and a water mister for my bg. I did it twice...first time lightly, then stamped my bg text and leaf veins. Clear embossed the leaves and then did a repeat of my first step with inks and water, only making it darker this time. At the end, I came back in with my sponge dauber and ink pads to darken around the leaves for definition.
TLC504 = "Hanging out" (out of the box) technique.

Beautiful, Sallie! Your leaf really extends, not only out of the box but also out of the card base! Quite an interesting effect....gorgeous bg, and I like how you ended up defining the leaves a bit more; great idea~

This card is So well done Sallie! I love the faded script across the background and leaves and thanks for describing your process! The stark contrast of the veins in the leaves and the gray framing is such a gorgeous effect!
