This card is for bejoyce aka Barbara's challenge to use embossing paste on our cards. I used reinkers to colors the paste before spreading it on my CS, but alas, put TOO much yellow in the section for the butterfly, which caused a disaster which I am admitting to - it spotched (is that reallly a word?) all over and under the stencil) so I had no choice but to stamp a bigger butterfly, and color it to cover my goof! Then I added ribbon and a stamped and punched sentiment, some gems and stickles, and popped it up on dimensionals.
This was one of my first attempts to use embossing paste, when I was out to visit Nancy (stiz2003) and hopefully, I have learned from my mistake of adding too much reinker or paint in the future! Thanks, Nancy, for the lesson - you are very patient!!!
Barbara - and Susie - thank YOU, for giving us a recipe to substitute for the embossing paste!
Thanks for looking and have a great day!!
