For today's Inspiration Challenge, I was inspired by THIS picture. I actually started this Wed. for the sketch, but didn't finish it & it also morphed a bit when I added the greeting circle.
The snowflakes were stamped w/ the lagoon chalk ink & heat embossed w/ the stardust powder (it’s a transparent glitter powder). The snowman was colored, then die cut using my out of the box technique. The middle section is some of the glitter card stock & I die cut it using a curved border. For the greeting circle, I inked it first w/ the teal ink then tapped the nautical blue ink on top for the lower section before stamping it. I added a gradient color to the “snow” using Copics and also to the embossed edge after die cutting it.

I just love blues and browns together, and when paired with your fantastic coloring and sense of design, you get a sensational card. I finally pinned your "out of the box" technique. Right into my favs.

how fun.....you can feel the festivities and fun from layer to layer and detail to detail.....wish I could manage to get as much use out of my die cuts as you do......fab, Julie
