I needed to make a Sympathy card...and I have wanted to use this die cut for a while.
This is a test...How many winged things can you find in the picture? O.K. just kidding... This feels a bit "busy" to me and kind of like one of those tests!
I made a frame with my gray cardstock using my Spellbinder matting dies. I cut down the flower die from Anna Griffin (a borrowed die, no name) so it would fit on this card. (It is a 5x7 die) A friend of mine loaned me her insect dies from Cheery Lynn Designs (I think) a while ago and I cut some in several colors so I added the Hummingbird, Dragonfly and cut a small Memory Box Butterfly to add to the mix. My Banner is from SU and is stamped with a SU sympathy sentiment from the Tiny Wishes set. I added three pearls to the bottom and called it good!
Thank you for stopping by! It is always appreciated!
Edit: Every time I pull this up I see that the picture is catty wampus...I am sure you will think I was drinking when I took this photograph...honestly it looks like the Leaning Tower of Pisa!

Beautiful AG die, I've seen some of these and have been admiring them, don't have any. I love the tiny black pearls you've used to embellish a couple of floral blossoms on this die. Using grey behind it instead of black is really elegant, and I like the softness it achieves too in combination with the ivory (I think) die-cut. The dimension this die achieves is lovely!!! Love how you've framed this great die-cut, those simple scored lines is just the right touch. What a nice artistic touch to have some of the edges of that AG die go on top of your frame, and others are beneath it--ingenious!! Already in my favorites, I will soon need a jasonw1 album in my favorites!!!
Another amazing card, really blew me away--yet again! Such artistry is so impressive that I see in your artwork, Peggy!!!

You take such great care in how you place your elements Peggy. It really shows when you produce a stunner like this. As many have said in their comments on this beauty - awesome! The grey and white colour scheme really lends it an air of serenity. This is a gorgeous sympathy card. TFS and thanks for taking the time to supply the details.
