Our color challenge this week is bermuda bay, calypso coral and pool party. Dessert is any type of watercoloring.
I have been wanting to try vellum so I die cut the flowers and stems in vellum, then white embossed. Colored on the front of the die cut with markers. I wiped off the excess with a paper towel. Arranged on a die cut Fabulous Frame (which I layered 3 times for dimension), layered some pool dsp in the opening, stamped the sentiment and assembled on pool cs.
Love how it turned out! I didn't use watercolor but I think this technique looks like watercolor so I consider it a faux "dessert" (less calories!).
