It was great fun looking thru the last decade of Fan Club DD galleries! And hard to settle on only a few cards to case, there are so many great ones! But I love Dawn's 2010 chalkboard card here CT0810 Faux Chalkboard by flowergal36 at Splitcoaststampers
I kept the bright colors and PI stamps, but made the chalkboard into a free standing easel frame...hand cut.
I followed the theme thru to the inside as it is a thank you for a school teacher. I also paper pieced the girls clothes, even stamped the back of the DP then trimmed & adhered, to create the back of the skirt, so that she looks good back & front!

I love that you did her front and back. A girl has to look good on all sides. Love that stand.

This is SO fun! I just happened to spot a thumbnail of this card as a "featured gallery" and followed the link. Too, too cute - love the freestanding chalkboard you created with the sweet paper-pieced girl and fun banner. TFS this delightful card (and for showing the inside, too). I will use it as an inspiration piece for an upcoming b-day card for a teacher friend.
