Today I had the joyful experience of meeting Susie (PaperPunchScissors) and her husband Vance. My husband Ed and I met them for lunch in Temecula California. She is as delightful as she is talented and we quickly left our husbands in the dust as we went right into "card making speak". She brought a few of her lovely cards for me to see IRL and they were breathtaking! I will be going back to re-comment on the cards she brought with her. It is so amazing to see her details! We discussed techniques, manufacturers, card making styles and some of the joys and trials of card making! I loved every minute of it! As she left she gifted me with one of her beautiful cards and I will treasure it ALWAYS. The only thing better would have been if we had been able to do some creating...together. Yes, the four of us did have some conversation that did not involve our craft. (smiling) It was a very lovely afternoon.

Oh, Peggy! What a wonderful photo of you and Susie, and how special that you all were able to meet us and have such fun! I can only hope to see what you gals would come up with when you'd get together and stamp! Wow! Hugs!

What fun to meet IRL! The two of you look wonderful in your photo together. I hope you do get to craft together soon. I love card making but I love it so much better side by side with a friend. So wonderful you and Susie could spend some time together. ...and I have to say your husbands get a thumbs up too for joining you. :-)
