For our Featured Stamper FS387 Nancy.
Nancy has a lovely and varied gallery with so many fun cards. I needed to make a birthday card and I saw this card: Proverbs 31:28 by nancyt at Splitcoaststampers
and I decided to make a doily card with some flourishes on it. My design is totally different. I picked up the yellow from her card and decided to go with it. My roses and back drop are made from the same polka dot paper. My leaves are from a group of water distressed leaves that I made as well as some open leaves from Marianne and the leaf swirl/flourish is MD also. Most of my design was Pinterest inspired. I added some distressing to the paper edges and a fun tag and the skinny leaf punch from Punch Bunch for balance. My doilies are not die cuts but ready made ones. My sentiment backing is from Memory Box. I haven't made any doily cards (except with my doily EF) so I had fun playing with them.
Nancy, enjoy your week of being Featured Stamper!
Thanks for taking a peek....

Having seen this card on your Kindle, I can now see the yellow polka dot paper used on your rose spray - simply gorgeous! You did a splendid job taking inspiration from FS Nancy's lovely card. I love the open die cut leaves along with your water distress leaves - wonderful texture and interest with this design.

Peggy, I really love all the attention to detail you have on this beauty... It is like the sunshine is coming through the card elements themselves... Soooo pretty, and these flowers are absolutely gorgeous!!! TFS
