I just got the new Work of Art set and I am LOVING it already. I will be using this set at my June Hostess Club Party. I can't wait to see the girls different variations using the set.
I made my card for my two Favorite SCS Challenges: CC481 So Smoky and Slushy Color Challenge by Becky. The colors are So Saffron, Smoky Slate and Strawberry Slush. Dessert is twine, which I did not use. Thanks Becky. Loved the color combo.
My 2nd Challenge: CAS275 Quick and Stackable (One-Layer) card. This is my 2nd card for the challenge. I stamped the heart 1st and then masked it with a post-it-note. Then I inked and stamped the vertical lines from the Work of Art set at an angle using Smoky Slate and So Saffron. Kind of a Plaid design.
I angled the sentiments and added a rhinestone. Quick and Stackable and...an easy mailer :-)
Enjoy and thanks Becky and Jen for making my stamping so much fun :-)

Nancy, I love that you masked your "sweet" heart to place in the middle of your "plaid" looking design. I also like the clever way you stamped your sentiment! This is such a wonderful CAS creation!

Nancy, your cards are always such an inspiration to me. This card shows a great way to use the Work of Art set, which is going to be on my first order in the new catalog. The plaid is great, and in this week's colors, too. Into my Fave's. :-)
