This is very CAS for me! I hope this will qualify for the CAS274 May FLowers challenge.
I had this brilliant idea to add micro beads to the centers of the flowers. I stupidly put the bottle down with out the lid.... while preparing the glue. Have you ever noticed if you drop any of these little micro beads they race around like they are alive? My elbow hit the lidless container and microbeads went all over me, the floor and my desk. They hit the plastic thing my chair rolls around on and 500,000 microbeads raced around like they had suddenly come alive! :-0 They never made it to the card. I cleaned up the mess, recapped the jar and put what I could salvage away. Maybe it happened for the best because I think I like it plain. The inlaid die was cut out of an unknown paper and then cut again from the card front. (Be SURE to keep ALL the peices) I then placed the unknown paper die cut in the cut on the front. I cut three "thanks" from Memory Box and glued together and added the twine bow. I border cut two extra edges and glued to the back of the already bordercut edge. DONE! Except for the clean up of microbeads this went together very quickly. :-)
Thank you for looking!
Edit: The border is actually three punched borders from EKSuccess. It cuts and embosses if you press hard enough!

I love this technique! I know what you mean about saving all the pieces!! You are so right about those beads having a life of their own - thus why I don't use them anymore. I wonder why (laughing!!).... You used fav paper and I love the twine bow. Beautiful card.

Oh, my, Peggy, what an awful experience! I've dropped other small things - but microbeads! Yikes! What a mess! You'll be finding them for years to come, I'm sure!!! So glad you didn't slip on any. But, this is a beautiful card, and clearly the beads were not meant to be on it nor need to be. It stands alone so beautifully! Perfection, my sweet friend! Hugs!
