I just can't get enough of this weeks TLC482 Embossing Folder Stamping by Jenn, who included a great tutorial by GirlGeek101.
I combined my challenge with todays CC479 Challenge by Peggy. The colors worked so well with the TLC. Love when that happens. I included dessert: sentiment on the front.
I inked the top of my Honeycomb EB Folder and then spritzed with plenty of water. I let my watercolor paper air dry.
Then I sponged using my sponge dauber Pistachio Pudding and Garden Green onto Watercolor Paper and spritzed liberally with water. I then blotted with a paper towel and dried with heat tool. Then I die cut using my Memory Box Fresh Foliage Die.
After putting my card together I sponged a scrap of
watercolor paper with C. Cantaloupe and then spritzed with V Vanilla Glimmer Smooch for watercolored and very glimmery effect. Then I punched out 14 flowers with my Itty Bitty Flower Punch and attached 2 petals with my mini silver brads. I used my paper piercer to make the hole. I attached the flowers to my leaves with mini glue dots. Hope you do not mind the long description!

This looks great Nancy, I have to give that technique a try. I just bought that leaves die and used it very similar to what you did with the flowers but left mine white and only attached three flowers because they are larger, my card doesn't go live until next Tuesday for the design team. If I remember I'll let you know when I upload here so you can see the Gelli Plate background.

What a fun and pretty card. No wonder you love that watercolor/embossing folder technique. And why would anyone mind a long description when we want to know EXACTLY how to CASE your card?!?
