I really love die-cuts and just recently purchased the rose die at the Ecstasy Crafts Open House. This is the first time I have used it and...I think there will be more chances. I cut the rose buds twice..trimmed the top one down a little bit further than the other and sponged with regal rose. Then I popped them up on dimensionals and added them to the stems. Extra sepals were also popped up on the front of the flower. The ribbon is ruched and a heart embellishment was added. Don't know what it will be used for yet ...I think it would make a good Anniversary or Wedding card.

WOW WOW WOW, Sue! Your samples for the SC challenge are always THE BEST! This is gorgeous with your embossed, die cut, shaded roses. The bg "doily" is exquisite...you have the loveliest die cuts. A winner!!
