I've not chosen to cut out a regular piece of the front of my card, but instead I made it in the form of an arrow.
The fold of my card base is on the left side and I cut away the 2 right corners.
The slit on the inside is made as a closure.
Here is what I did for the circle of flowers :
I used a mosaic punch to create the circle of flowers.
Then I used the same punch for the second layer of my flowers but cut away some parts.
You can see the image of the punch in the left corner. F4A216 An arrow with flowers ( open ) by niki1 at Splitcoaststampers
The heart of the flowers is made with a daisy punch and an other little flower punch.
I added pink ribbon, pearls, green feather and pink rhinestones as embellishments.

Wow, what a stunning card! A lovely and unusual design, and great use of your punches. It's just perfect for our dies and punches challenge, so thank you for sharing it with us at Stamping Sensations this month.
I am afraid we have a 15 challenge limit at Crafty Cardmakers, so am unable to accept this lovely card into our current challenge. Best of luck with the others you have entered though and we hope to see you back again
