Congratulations Penny (Penny Ward) on becoming our newest featured stamper. I loved looking through your beautiful gallery. Many of the cards are clean and simple. I find these the hardest to make. I tried to keep mine CAS. I used the same penny black image "Tom and Tilly". I have had this image coloured for over a year and a half - and tonight was the perfect time to use it. I layered the image with black, grey and silver papers. Sewed around the image panel. Stamped on the sentiment from Stampin Up's Well Scripted set. Added the metal photo corners and applied diamond stickles to to babies breath.
Enjoy your time in the spotlight Penny. Thanks for the inspiration.
Hugs..Pat

The Tom and Tilly image is just wonderful. You did and excellent job coloring them. Also love all the bordering accents you added.

Oh, Pat, I think this is my favourite in the gallery - I love the image, the sky, and the way you've framed it like a treasured photo in a family album!
