This is in honor of George Washington, famous for chopping down a cherry tree, amongst other things! Since President's Day is Monday, I chose this cherry image and used a wood grain background image on the back panel. Also used a wood element and faux wood button- and leaves. I think that about covers it! TFL!

Not only is this just plain beautiful, I love the timeliness of this. Coming up on the President's Day holiday it reminds us of our first President. AWESOME.

Love your card. The apples look delicious! I really like how you did your layers with the wood grain. The leaves, the button and the hemp twine really pull everything together. Really do love this! Makes me long for summer!
