Karen selected some really pretty colors for this week's color challenge: Blushing bride, Wild Wasabi, and primrose petals. I thought it would be nice to have a little pink, but found instead that I have a hard time working with pink. Oh well, after a few false starts, I finally was able to pull it all together. I used a little ribbon bow on my button for the dessert option.

I can't tell that you had any trouble working with pink..I think this turned out lovely! I like the soft sponging around the oval and the way you positioned your leafy branch...well done on this challenge!

Very pretty Mother's Day card! I love your solitary bloom on that lovely die cut! Your sponged panel is fantastic and your whole design has such a wonderful flow! Beautifully done!!!
