I thought I try to make it *really* simple by doing a one layer card with lots of white space :-D
So I made a card base from a piece of 11" x 4 1/4" white cardstock and rounded the lower right corners.
Then I scribbled some Memento markers in Summer Sky (light blue) onto the card front.
Added some more strokes of Memento Bahama Blue right into the middle.
Afterwards, I gave the whole card 2-3 spritzes with Sheer Shimmer Spritz in "Frost", which gives the card a super shiny finish (wich unfortunately is hard to catch in a photo) and adds to the "frosty" snow feeling.
After everything dried, I stamped the snowflake circle sentiment with Memento Luxe Nautical Blue and embellished the centre with a small clear rhinestone.
Thanks for looking!

Wow, Sylvia! This is so fun and free! Love how you scribbled the backdrop for the flake and sentiment circle and the shimmer does show enough for me to see how perfectly it reinforces the theme and the one fab rhinestone. CAS perfection!
