Love the colors for today's Color Challenge (CC445)! Green (any shade) has always been my fave color. And I just happened to have this card sitting on my desktop that fit the bill. There is a lot of green and a lot of white, but only a touch of the gray for shading the greens and the whites of his big ol' eyeballs.
I've had this wonderful cattail frame/address label image for a while & I kept putting off using it because I just couldn't figure out what to do with it. Ever been stumped like that? Then, I came across this cute little frog on a log and thought ..hmmm ..he could be sitting there in the window. After I colored the frog w/ Copics & cut him out, I attached him so it looks likes he's sitting in the window.
I wanted some open space above him to stamp some little dragonflies, & that's why the lime green layer is cut on a diagonal. I used a cattail embossing border multiple times across it. The finished card is 5.50 x 4.25. Copics used; BG000, BG10, BG32, G00, G02, G07, G16, G20, YG13, YG21, YG25, YG67, Y26, C1, C3
Thanks so much for looking! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.

Totally fun! Green was my fave for years and years, and lately I've started coming back around to it again. Love the embossed panel sliced off at an angle like that - so effective, and gives you the perfect place to put the dragonflies... Love this!
