I made a steampunk style collage today for the Mix..my smooth elements are the stamp with glossy accents, the brad mustaches and the bg paper. The bg paper is something I made with a collage artist I know..she showed me how to take a glossy magazine sheet (Nat'l Geo) and apply some solvents to get a really unique result. It's super messy and I'm not sure I remember the steps to do it but I have several pages to use for cards. My rough mediums include distressed edges, distress stickles, and some flakes (not sure what they're called). For the F4A I have included 3 mustaches and 3 bridges (you have to look hard to spot all three).

Polly this is amazing....collage is so hard and you are a master of the technique. Most things can be taught, but I think collage is organic. I love doing it, but really struggle with it....it doesn't come naturally. Yours always looks like it flows right out of your fingers. TFS!!

...sure its got a catchy beat, but can you stamp to it?
life is something that happens only when you run out of cardstock
