This card based on the simple sketch, took me a long time to get it just right. I almost gave up and threw it away, but I kept tweaking it until I got this finished result. It originally had a blue sheet music background. so I guess you could say a LOT of tweaking. The gladiolus and sentiment are from a Mark's Finest Papers set called GLAD GLADS and the butterflies are from a MFP set called DAFFODIL GREETINGS. Burlap, sewing machine, ribbon, pearls, scalloped punch, scalloped scissors, itty bitty circle punch, hot glue and buttons (for giving dimension to the top gladiolus.) finished off the card

Those butterflies look real! This is a beautiful card - loving the bow and all the extras you put into this.

Wow Stunning!!! I didn't see it during the week but I noticed it was one of Brenda's (tessaduck) favorites of the week so I had to check it out! Glad I did! This is gorgeous!!!!!
