It's CAS Design Team search time again! Yeah! The first challenge is to use an out of the ordinary coloring medium. I didn't have any of the ones suggested in the thread but what I did have was food coloring! What's more appropriate to color your Easter Eggs with than food coloring!
I put several dots of blue and yellow food coloring in a dish full of shaving cream and modified the shaving cream technique (where it's suggested to use dye inks). Tried dying glossy paper but the soap and color just wiped right off so I used regular white cardstock instead. It curled but dried fairly straight. I cut my eggs with the center of a Creative Memories Custom Cutting system heart shape. I them embossed some Lucky Limeade card stock for the base and layered with daffodil delight behind the white backround piece for the "eggs". I computer generated the sentiment and ran the lucky limeade paper through my printer before embossing.
I'm hoping my coloring technique fits the challenge......
