This is the first time I've tried a Mix-Ability Challenge.
I used text from an old book on both the background shape and the heart.
I used red marker and a water pen to color the heart then outlined it in black prismacolor pencil and pulled the color in with gamsol and a blending stick, which is what I did on the background shape.
I put crystal lacquer on the heart, and then because I'm impatient, I used a heat gun and found out that wasn't too smart because it bubbled up.
I see where this could be fun....with a little more practice!

You sure look like a pro to me! This is gorgeous!!! Love the window effect of the background die, love how you pulled in color with the gamsol, and love your textured heart!

Gorgeous card and I love how that heat gun bubbled the lacquer. Love it when those happy accidents happen. Now there's a great new technique to master, right. ;)
