This week Joanne's challenge to the CCEE Stampers is to celebrate Punch the Clock Day (27th Jan) with a masculine card relating to time or clocks. Be sure to check out the blog for some fun ideas!
My card is an A2 card, using Clockworks and Faux Patina for the base. I used Tea Dye, Frayed Burlap, Pine Needles, embossed it with copper EP, and sponged the edges with Chipped Sapphire. Provocraft Clockworks ef.
My clock - I tried water stamping first (there used to be water clocks, after all!), but I wasn't happy with it, so I sponged the paper again with more Pine Needles and Chipped Sapphire to cover up the failure, and stamped again with Versamark and embossed with copper EP. The sentiment is stamped with black, sponged with Tea Dye, edges with Pine Needles, finished off with screw brads and popped up on foam.
