I was finally able to do a MFT sketch challenge, but now can't figure out how to link it. I can't find the challenge now for this sketch. Oh well, better luck next time I guess.
I've been dying to use this SU Open Sea stamp set. My DH is retired Navy, so thought it was perfect for him. He did, however, remind me he retired from the Navy 2 years ago. LOL! But, he still works government contracting with ships, so it's still a go.
Anyway, I wish you could see the sketch I used, but I did use SU Well Worn DSP layers, stamped a b/g behind the ship, added thread, brads, corner punch and a few other details.
I hope you like what I came up with. I have had 4 masculine cards to make this month. One more left for my anniversary. It's always 2 cards in January for my DH for b/day and anniversary.
Thanks for taking a look!

Pam, I'm in awe here! I favorited this card before reading anything about what you did! I have this stamp set (kinda natural with my DH being a retired navy man too) and have only made one card so far, but this is such wonderful inspiration for me! I might just have to case it! Love, love, love ALL that you did with this masculine card! Such sweet lil dots, gorgeous colors, lovely accents and beautiful looking even on inside! You're the bomb-well, not literally~Tee Hee

Wow this sure is awesome Pam. The layout if just beautiful-it really shows off that pretty stamp. I like how you did the anchor in the circle to embellish the card. HB to you DH-I know he will love this. It's fantastic!
