This is my sample for the "Crazy for Crayons" Challenge. The layout is this week's sketch challenge. The background was created using red, pink, and white crayons and a hot iron. It was then stamped and embossed. The poinsettias were sponged using the Crayon Resist technique. Thanks so much for looking!

Cathy I can't tell you how much I am completely taken with your creation. I have never tried either of these techniques but my goodness it is the next to-do on my list. I might try it this weekend. This is so pretty, I am just drooling. What a beauty....and who knew "Crayons". Eat your heart out Copic markers!!!! lol

Wow! I love how these poinsettias came out! I have never used crayons this way. I always made backgrounds with melting crayons right on the iron. I'm going to try this next week.
