This is my card in response to yesterday's challenge TLC395 (rolled flowers) and today's challenge CC393 to use Primrose Petals, Pink Pirouette and Lucky Limeade, with Dessert being to make a Christmas card out of those colors. Loved both of these challenges! I had never made rolled flowers and spent the better part of last night playing around with different techniques. And burning myself with the hot glue gun in the process. But hey, it's all good. And now I know how to make rolled roses. The color challenge was heavenly as I do adore all of those colors. I can see upon reflection that I should have rounded the bottom corners of the card, but those roses aren't budging as they're applied with hot glue, so I'll have to do it next time. I glittered up some of the snowflakes punched from the border and sprinkled them around, and I used Perfect Pearls for the "watermark" snowflakes on the white CS. Everything else is pretty self-explanatory. Colored the teapot with SU inks and blender pens. TFL!!
