I knew immediately that I wanted to use pink and brown as my colors.
As I started making the card with pretty in pink and choc chip, I realized the card was a little dark, so I added a layer of white. When I did that, everything seemed off scale, so I added another layer of choc chip. At first I tried to use the same border punch but it didn't align and I think it looked strange. So I then tried the scalloped border punch. I kind of messed it up too, but I didn't really want to do it over again. This card, is just a card. Not going to anyone. I will probably sell it at the next craft fair I do, so it was acceptable to me.
I couldn't find 3 of the same shade of brown brads so I opted for eyelets. They didn't line up either. I guess it's just not my day for perfection in the card making world today.
Oh well, maybe next time!
tfl and have a great day!
